Two problems that turned out to be one.

Every day, good South Africans get held back by paperwork — a clearance that can take up to 12 weeks through the standard SAPS route, a qualification nobody will confirm, a reference nobody calls. At the same time, organisations make hiring decisions with blind spots they don't even know about: they check once when they hire someone, then just trust them forever after.

These two problems are really one problem. People held back by slow checks, and organisations trusting people they never fully checked. VEXLOTEX was built to fix both. Then municipalities came to us with a third version of the same problem — so now we help make public-sector appointments provable too.
